Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Savoira subscription at any time from your account or customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards. We send a renewal reminder before each renewal.
7-day money-back guarantee
If Savoira isn’t for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided your usage is still under 15% of your monthly quota. This fair-use condition keeps the guarantee honest for everyone: it lets you genuinely try the product while preventing a full month’s usage from being consumed and then refunded.
If your usage is above that threshold, or the 7-day window has passed, the subscription is non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law requires a pro-rated refund of the unused period — in which case we honor that.
How to request a refund
Email support@savoira.ai from the address on your account. Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record (Polar), who processed your payment, back to your original payment method.
Annual plans
The same 7-day fair-use guarantee applies to annual plans. After the window, you may cancel to stop the next renewal; the current term remains active until it ends.
